panko bites

Our panko bites are similar to our traditional croquetas, however we mix in less béchamel sauce to enhance the flavour more. As these are smaller we have also replaced the natural breadcrumbs with panko breadcrumbs to get even more of a crunch! These are the pinnacle of  bar snacks.

Imagine your favourite sandwich; quality tuna, sweetcorn, mozzarella, cheddar and softened onion. Now instead of putting the ingredients in a panini, mix them with a bechamel sauce, bread, fry and serve with your favourite sweet chilli sauce. These bites melt in your mouth.

We have broken down a traditional cheeseburger; 100% beef patty, onions, cheese, burger sauce and a dill pickle. Then bound together with our bechamel, these bites, together with burger relish and a cold beer, are absolutely heavenly!
